Carlos is a multi-instrumentalist musician, music educator, sound designer and audio mastering technician, trained at Future Media Concepts (New York, NY) and ITMC (Miami, FL), also being certified by Pearson Education® and Apple® Inc. in several versions of Logic Pro, the quintessential music production workstation in modern music. Carlos’ audio works span a wide range of music genres from artists and record labels all around the world. At Polaris Education, Carlos’ approach implements the use of the most innovative resources in music technology, digital audio and interactive graphics in real time, in a system that allows modern training for students of all levels, achieving educational standards of unprecedented quality and efficiency.

Frank Quintero is a world-renowned musician born in Caracas, Venezuela. His career spans over 50 years of successful multi-platinum albums, extensive tours, collaborations with other top-notch artists all around the world and countless awards. Frank is a Berklee College of Music Graduate and a member of the Polaris team from day one. Currently, Frank divides his time between his busy schedule of musical activity and bringing his invaluable experience to Polaris Education programs.

Professional guitarist, music educator and producer skilled in a diverse range of musical genres including Pop, Rock, Jazz, Blues, Bossa, and Funk. A graduate of L’Aula de Música Moderna i Jazz in Barcelona, Spain, Tony is a seasoned audio engineer specialized in Recording, Mixing, and Mastering both in studio and live environments. With a remarkable track record, Tony has worked on Latin Grammy and Pepsi Music Awards-nominated productions, crafting captivating compositions and stunning jingles for social media, radio and television. In the field of education, Tony’s boundless capabilities and carefully curated music teaching curriculum were essential in inspiring the creation of Polaris.
